12016255801City of West Palm BeachNorth America, United StatesUnited States of AmericaEmissions ReductionMitigation Target setting5.3Does your city-wide emissions reduction target(s) account for the use of transferable emissions units?0NoOur 2013 inventory report did not account for transferable emissions units, but we are hoping that future inventories will be able to accommodate these. We are partnering with our electric utility (FPL) in their shared solar program "SolarTogether," which has yet to be approved by the Florida Public Service Commission. If approved, we would offset roughly 20,000 kWh of energy, and would get renewable energy credits totaling roughly 14.1 metric tons of carbon dioxide offset.
