It is necessary to make an analysis of the situation, study of the feasibility of the planning and use of the Sava, and to implement concrete measures for the leveling of the basin and reconstruction of the existing ones, the construction of new embankments and the reconstruction and construction of new sections of the canal.

Significant impact on transmission and distribution systems will be different seasonal consumption patterns as well as direct physical influences of extreme weather events. The most sensitive are certainly older parts of these systems. Electricity production is threatened by reducing system efficiency due to, for example, reducing the availability of water for cooling the plant.
