12451550398Ciudad de JuárezLatin America, Latin America & CaribbeanMexicoIntroduction0.1Please give a general description and introduction to your city including your city’s reporting boundary in the table below.2Description of city1City boundaryCiudad Juárez is geographically located in an urban area, which is well-known by its seasonal changes as far as both, its climate and vegetation. Its architecture is primarily low-dimensional, and although there are plenty of two story residential constructions as well as commercial buildings all over the city, none of them alter the city´s functionality. The urban trace is very irregular and although it would appear that it is a flat territory, only a portion of the urban sprawl is presented as such. The high parts, contrary to most Mexican cities are accustomed by population of scarce resources. Its contiguity with the Rio Grande and its border with El Paso, TX offers an idea, as far as exposing the area of a larger size than is actually is. Ciudad Juárez has currently an average of 1,330,000 inhabitants an El Paso, Tx. has about 800,000 inhabitants.
