Fire risk affects 96% of overhead electricity lines and 44 substations, all considered high risk. Barcelona's wholesale market could find itself at high risk from river flooding. Barcelona's wholesale market would find 41% of its surface area at high risk, according to passive scenario projections, by the end of the century. River flooding would also have a fair amount of impact on basic services such as energy and water, mainly due to dragging materials that could affect infrastructure, including underground, but in this case to a lesser extent. It is hoped that in the climate change scenario considered, the risk variation is slight or moderate in the sense of aggravating risk. | |
