| 7249 | 2010 | 2020-05-01T04:02:41.860 | |||||||

The results on the monitoring of the pure or contaminated air circulating in the main parks and avenues of the district will be sent to a web platform and an application so that they are known by the neighbors. The sensors can measure in a radius of one to four kilometers and have an integrated camera that calculates the process of photosynthesis of the plants according to their color and just point to them. They also can measure humidity, temperature, UVA and UV radiation, wind speed and direction, environmental pressure, ozone, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide, among other parameters. In the first stage, 12 modules will be installed in different points of Jesús María, such as the municipal headquarters, Avenida Cuba and the main parks and avenues of the district. Thanks to this project, Jesús María would be the first district to become a Smart City and to make a map of environmental pollution, as do the big cities of the world, which will allow citizens to know the levels of pollution to which they are exposed. are exposed and that the municipality identifies which activities generate more pollution and in what areas, to control or regulate them, also, initiatives may be proposed to reduce those indices based on exact data.Likewise, initially, we have proposed a reduction of 1% based on the base figures that are handled at the national level, this figure may be modified as long as the data resulting from the sensor modules installed in the district go indicating improvements or setbacks in terms of pollution levels. | Yes - 1.5 °C | Yes | Climate change is the challenge that marks our era and its management must have a development-oriented approach, rather than a view of restriction or limitation. This poses challenges to both private action and public action. With a sense of urgency and a high level of ambition, the goal is to build a modern country that promotes the management of natural resources along with theeconomic growth, with a fundamental objective that is the well-being of all Peruvians. In this way, the national management of climate change will be very clear about the impact it will have on the citizen, in the community, in the inhabitants, in those who live in each of our ecosystems. At the same time, a correct planning and efficient use of natural resources will reduce the potential negative impacts generated by the new climate scenarios and will allow identifyingand take advantage of the possible opportunities that these generate. For all these reasons, the Nationally Determined Contributions will allow us to reach a low carbon development and climate-resilient that dynamizes the economy.Within the framework of the NDCs and aligned to five sectors of the emissions defined by the IPCC (Energy, Transport, Building, Agriculture and Waste), the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development-UN, the New Urban Agenda (NAU) and The ICES BID Methodological Guide, the Municipality of Jesús María has been working on mitigation measures as a relevant strategy for monitoring emissions and reductions of GHG emissions in order to reach local goals and contribute to the fulfillment of NDC goals at the country level. The comprehensive understanding of national and international regulations, has given the Municipality of Jesús María, work based on five (5) pillars: i) Management of the environment and natural resources, ii) Strengthening environmental education management, iii) Mitigation of greenhouse gases, iv) Promotion of sustainable urban transport and v) Participatory and sustainable management of public spaces, with the aim of guaranteeing environmental protection and environmental sanitation. Likewise, initially, we have proposed a reduction of 1% based on the base figures that are handled at the national level, this figure may be modified as long as the data resulting from the sensor modules installed in the district go indicating improvements or setbacks in terms of pollution levels. | 77955 | 219 | 2020-05-01T04:02:41.860 | ||||||
