Energy use for waste-water handling is included in the total community energy use.Emission factors are mainly collected from a report published by Swedish Environmental Research Institute Ltd. (IVL) in 2011 . The report are widely used and acknowledged. The global warming potentials are GWP100 from IPCC 2013, as recommended by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA). This dataset contains data on total city-wide emissions as reported by cities in 2021. To view all responses by cities to questions on emissions in 2021, including breakdowns by sector and scope, go to https://data.cdp.net/Governance/2021-Cities-Emissions-and-Mitigation/aic4-a5fb. The questions covered are 4.6a to 4.6b.
