El Gobierno Municipal puso en marcha el programa permanente de reforestación “Juntos Plantamos un Futuro Mejor” que tiene como meta 17 mil árboles en diferentes espacios públicos de la zona urbana y rural del municipio, durante los tres años de la administración.La Presidenta Elvira Paniagua asistió a la primera actividad del programa de reforestación, que se realizó la mañana de este sábado en la Unidad deportiva de la colonia Álamos, donde vecinos plantaron más de 200 árboles junto a las autoridades municipales.“El día de hoy estamos arrancando el programa permanente de reforestación en nuestro municipio, que tiene el nombre de ‘Juntos Plantamos un Futuro Mejor’. Sabemos todas y todos la importancia que tiene que nuestros espacios públicos tengan más árboles, todos lo decimos, todos participamos, pero la magia está en no solo participar el día de hoy, la magia va a ser que en el transcurso de este tiempo y que no solo 15 días o un mes, les demos un correcto mantenimiento a nuestros árboles, que son seres vivos”, dijo la Alcaldesa, durante su mensaje.Explicó que en Celaya son muy pocas las áreas verdes con que contamos, por ello la importancia de este tipo de campañas, en las que no solo debe participar la autoridad, sino también la ciudadanía.“En Celaya vemos muy pocos espacios verdes, pero este tiene que ver con el mantenimiento, con el trabajo que debemos hacer como autoridad pero también del compromiso que debemos estar haciendo quienes adoptamos y yo les pido eso, que adoptemos un árbol.
