As part of developing the vulnerability assessment and CDP response this year, the City and partner Nurture Nature Center held a stakeholder meeting with the Police and Fire Chiefs and Easton Environmental Advisory Council to discuss Easton’s hazards and vulnerabilities in April 2018. The emissions reduction target was presented to the City Council and a resolution voted on during a public meeting on May 23, 2018. The City is intending to pursue the development of a climate action plan that may include stakeholder engagement through interviews, surveys, and meetings. In addition, the City may consider holding public meetings to inform of the climate action plan process and gather feedback.24/06/2020 05:28:18
