Singapore’s SolarNova programme is a key initiative to promote and aggregate solar demand across government agencies. On the other hand there are still behaviors of residents who throw garbage into drainage. This condition has an impact on the higher sendimentation in the drainage channel due to land clearing. Meanwhile the land normalization project has not been maximized due to difficulties in land acquisition. Because there is resistance from residents, because of incompatibility of compensation prices.This condition triggers the occurrence of the spread of dengue fever, is a disease caused by a virus through Aedes aegpty. Even though 2007-2009 experienced a downward trend from 1,621 cases in 2007, in 2008 it dropped to 1,556 cases and 1,094 cases in 2009.
