Since the installation of the BuildSmart and other Energy Management Information Systems (EMIS), DGS has achieved 17% whole building savings for 25 buildings after 4 years. Overall, weather-normalized Site Energy Use Intensity (EUI) in public buildings fell 8.3% from 2012-2016.
