City owns and operates landfill that takes waste from the whole county, so carbon emissions for landfill are captured in municipal inventory and is the largest contributor. We have siloxanes in our methane, which makes it harder and more costly to use the gas, but the industry that is responsible for siloxanes will be moving to another state soon.
