The primary departments involved include Operations (Fleet, Solid Waste), Pollution Control (Wastewater Treatment Plants), Planning, and Finance (Asset Management, Corporate Energy Initiatives).The City of Windsor approved a Community Energy Plan and Corporate Climate Action Plan in July 2017. The City of Windsor's Climate Change Adaptation Plan was approved in 2012 and outlines the short-term actions needed to build a more resilient Windsor.
