Para lograr lo anterior se utiliza una metodología que se divide en tres partes: 1. Identificación de las características socioeconómicas, que pasa a ser un parámetro para medir las posibilidades de organización y recuperación después de un desastre. 2. Capacidad de prevención y respuesta de los órganos responsables de llevar a cabo las tareas de atención a la emergencia y rehabilitación. 3. Percepción local de riesgo que se tenga en el municipio, lo que permitirá concebir estrategias y planes de prevención. Los resultados obtenidos para cada parte de esta metodología tendrán un peso dentro del análisis que se realice, de acuerdo con la siguiente participación: o Características socioeconómicas, 50 %. o Capacidad de prevención y de respuesta, 25%. o Percepción local de riesgo, 25%. Los criterios para determinar los porcentajes se tomaron de la metodología del Centro Nacional de Prevención de Desastres (CENAPRED). Cabe señalar que características socioeconómicas es un criterio metodológico que hace referencia a ciertos indicadores o categorías como salud, educación, vivienda, empleo e ingresos y población. De acuerdo con evaluaciones realizadas por el CENAPRED, el estado en que se encuentren estos indicadores, determina directamente lo que se denomina “condiciones de vulnerabilidad” de una población, dado su nivel de desarrollo y resulta importante medirlos ya que inciden e incluso acentúan los efectos de un desastre. | 24/06/2020 05:30:36 | ||
