CCT has made a decision to undertake annual high level updates of the GHG inventory with data that influences the GHG inventory considerably which is the electricity sales data and the liquid fuel sales data for the whole city boundary. Some of the data is scaled based on GDP and population (such as solid fuel consumptions and associated emissions). The CCT however undertakes a detailed GHG inventory and carbon modelling study every 5 years and the data included in that report is usually externally verified. The next detailed State of Energy Report will be published in 2020/2021 based on 2018 data.24/06/2020 05:30:36
