Le programme appuie les initiatives locales et aide la structuration des organisations professionnelles et socioprofessionnelles, ce qui constitue le socle essentiel de la pérennisation des actions. (v) L’alignement avec les interventions en cours et les priorités du gouvernement. Les activités identifiées sont alignées aux priorités du gouvernement et les interventions actuellement appuyées par les partenaires techniques et financiers au développement.
