The reporting level of GPC format changed from BASIC + to BASIC. This is to match the inventory we set for the reduction target. Reports the last 2013 emissions but reports the most recent inventory, 2015. Compared to the same inventory, emissions increased more in 2015 due to population growth and lower oil prices. The population in 2015 was 1,221,975, up 43,466 from 2013. On the basis of per capita emissions, emissions have declined rather. In addition, due to the drop in international oil prices in 2015, the number of cars has surged, and the amount of emissions from transportation has surged.24/06/2020 05:28:18
