Al crear la infrestructura necesaria para la idilica valorizacion de los Residuos Solidos Urbanos y de Manejo Especial se creara la oprtunidad de generar empleos, industria, economia circular y cuidado al medio ambiente. También se crearan propuestas para el desarrollo de asociaciones intermunicipales, cuyo objetivo sea el de hacer lo mas eficiente posible el servicio de manejo de residuos y, sobre todo, establecer los criterios a tomar para el desarrollo de estudios ecológicos regionales que tendrán como finalidad la determinación de corredores biológicos y sitios estratégicos de conservación. Esto dará lugar así a la posible creación de Áreas Naturales Protegidas que hacen tanta falta en la Sierra de Tapalpa y sus alrededores. Entendemos que el tema de Residuos Solidos Urbanos no son las únicas vertientes en las que una dirección de ecología municipal debería de ramificarse. Sin embargo es bien sabido que las limitaciones económicas impiden, en la mayoría de los departamentos de ecologia municipales, el desarrollo de un mayor numero de vertientes de la ecología. Para solucionar esta problemática se ha optado por la creación del Centro Integral de Manejo de Residuos de Tapalpa (CIMART); el dinero acopiado por el Centro se empleara en su totalidad para la autosustentabilidad del mismo Centro. No obstante, de generarse una suma mayor a la necesaria para el correcto mantenimiento del Centro se creara el Fondo Verde, cuyo objetivo es apoyar y aportar soluciones ecológicas en el municipio. De este fondo se pretenden desarrollar nuevas políticas ambientales como el Centro de Control Canino, la Unidad de Rescate de Fauna Silvestre y el Centro de Investigación de Vida Silvestre que hacen mucha falta en el tema de perdida de biodiversidad.24/06/2020 05:30:36

The Links is a desirable site for a solar project because it will be highly visible to residents and visitors and will enhance The Links’ commitment to environmental protection. This project addresses the City’s Climate Action Plan (CAP) Initiative EF-4: “Identify City buildings and facilities appropriate for renewable energy projects… Seek grants and other funding opportunities to implement renewable energy projects on City buildings or at City facilities. Use retrofitted City facility projects as ‘demonstrations’ to increase awareness in the community.” The forthcoming CAP revision will adjust greenhouse gas reduction targets and set specific targets for renewable energy capacity within City Operations. In addition to meeting the City’s sustainability goals, this project is a sound financial investment that will produce a net profit over its 25-year lifespan. A 36 kW PV system would produce as much electricity as the building consumes in a year (62.7 MW from 2015 greenhouse gas emissions inventory), would cost an estimated $75,000 to install, and would provide an estimate 4.8% return on investment per year over the 25 year lifespan of the panels.24/06/2020 05:30:36
