The most representative economic activities in the district are: administrative offices with 19.54%, followed by services in general with 9.05%, sale of various articles with 8% and diverse restaurants and cafeterias with 7.53%.The district of Miraflores has been built throughout its territory, its urban structure is the result of a real estate growth that has expanded in the Peruvian capital in recent years, which has increased residential, commercial, tourism and service opportunities in the city.In the case of a consolidated urban structure, the guiding concept of the projected changes in the city is to "reinvent the city", humanizing it and giving a preferential character to the residential quality, sustainable mobility, mixed uses that discourage any form of slum, privilege the pedestrian and vulnerable sectors, increase green areas and a virtuous relationship with the marine border.
