Luis Bernardo Nava Guerrero, ha instruido a la Secretaría de Desarrollo Sostenible, a través de su Dirección de Ecología Municipal, que desarrolle dicho Programa, el cual se encuentra en la fase final de desarrollo y estará concluido a mediados del año 2020. Se continua con la regulación del uso de bolsas plásticas desechables, respaldando la prohibición determinada en el Reglamento a toda unidad económica en el Municipio de Querétaro, de proporcionar a los consumidores cualquier tipo de bolsa de plástico desechable para el acarreo de productos, ya sea de manera gratuita o a la venta para ese propósito.
