En el análisis cuantitativo se calcula el índice de riesgo urbano ante el cambio climático con una relación entre el peligro y la vulnerabilidad. Para evaluar la vulnerabilidad en áreas urbanas se realizó un análisis de exposición al peligro y de sensibilidad, así mismo se consideran las capacidades adaptativas, las cuales se reflejan en instrumentos de planeación y los programas de prevención como el caso del Atlas de Riesgo Municipal. Las capacidades adaptativas se estiman a través de un diagnóstico institucional, es decir, un estudio que evalúa las medidas previstas en los planes y programas institucionales para enfrentar los desastres potenciales. Para ello, se realizó un diagnostico basado en la percepción social respecto a los riesgos que se presentan en el municipio, así como las posibles acciones para reducir la vulnerabilidad; empatando la percepción social con el análisis de instrumentos de planeación, se determinaron los ejes estratégicos de acción en los que el municipio deberá intervenir para fortalecer la adaptación.24/06/2020 05:30:36
