In addition, Evanston's history of reporting through the STAR rating program demonstrates our ability to gather and organize data throughout the City and to make it available. Recently, the City Council also began including performance metrics as a part of their City Goals process and these require substantial data to be able to report on periodically. In addition, as a full service local government we enjoy strong coordination between departments making data sharing much easier than coordinating with external audiences.
