Dentro del mismo, se desarrolla un programa de alimentación saludable en el cual se aprobaron Ordenanzas Municipales relativas a la alimentación nutritiva y saludable y a la promoción de la actividad física en la comunidad, para disminuir enfermedades cardiovasculares que en el diagnóstico de situación, la enfermedad cardiovascular es la principal causa de muerte en la ciudad. De esto se desprenden diferentes programas y políticas para la comunidad:- Ordenanzas 1843/17 y 1782/16: https://www.avellaneda.gob.ar/motor-busqueda/ordenanzas.php; https://www.avellaneda.gob.ar/motor-busqueda/ordenanzas.php.El Municipio realiza un análisis estadístico anual en niños de 4º grado de las escuelas primarias públicas y privadas de la ciudad sobre IMC para diagnóstico de situación local. Lo que indica que el 42% se encuentran en sobrepeso y obesidad.Se realizan Talleres sobre alimentación saludable dirigidos a la comunidad en general y actividades de concientización en espacios públicos con "carpas de salud".En un segundo nivel de riesgo nutricional en niños (por déficit o exceso), se realizan asistencias médicas. Se otorgan asistencias alimentarias acordes a las dietas y controles hasta el alta médico.También en los barrios vulnerables se realizan talleres de Alimentación Saludable (a niños, padres, adultos mayores y a deportistas en clubes).Se estimula la conformación de huertas familiares en cogestión con el INTA. Se realizan programas preventivos de actividad física en distintos grupos etarios (niños, adolescentes y jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores).Se da asistencia técnica a grupos específicos (celíacos, diabéticos, alzheimer -ALMA- y ALCO).Asistencia y seguimiento alimentario a niños de 0 a 4 años, adultos mayores y personas con enfermedades especiales.Como resultado en la ciudad no hay personas con desnutrición, aunque sí con bajo peso y personas en riesgo por exceso nutricional que se encuentran bajo asistencia médica.Contar con estadísticas anuales locales permite generar políticas para atacar estas problemáticas y llegar a la comunidad promocionando un cambio de conductas en pos de una mejor calidad de vida. | 24/06/2020 05:30:36 | |||
