It was with this purpose that the Águeda Municipality has framed the territory development model in sustainability commitments in recent years and, in particular, a line leading to competitiveness, innovation and growth, investment in renewable energy and promotion integrated energy efficiency. One of the major initiatives of the Municipality on this issue resided in the development of the Association Lighting Living Lab (LLL), which is composed of various entities, public and private, such as the municipality of Aveiro, in addition to the University of Aveiro and several companies Agueda. In recent years, they have been developed in several intensive policies / projects in the field of eco-energy, and enlightenment (public and private) of the areas where we have developed more interventions, in order to promote innovation and development products, and encourage new technologies and applications in lighting. This effort resulted in a series of projects and actions implemented in the field with high innovative and showing the ability to create lighting solutions, including public, competitive in domestic and international markets, providing greater economic sustainability for producers and greater energy sustainability to territories where they are installed.Some of these solutions developed / installed:Replacing several streets and avenues of conventional lamps with LED lamps, installed and programmed to connect based on a computer application that manages the numinous intensity and the periods when they are at full output or less.Replacement of existing bulbs with lamps (or LEDs) with better quality and longer life;Replacement of damaged fixtures with new ones with more efficient ballasts and progressive replacement of bulbs lights for LEDs;SIGLuzEE Development Project - a software application to support the management of the city council public lighting infrastructure;Preparation of a Master Plan Lighting Agueda abroad.24/06/2020 05:30:36
