Le rendu de cette étude de faisabilité, composé aussi de 4 concepts-notes, porte sur : (1)- La promotion des énergies renouvelables dans le bouquet énergétique de la commune de Cocody et des autres communes d’Abidjan ; - La bioénergie et l’efficacité énergétique ; (2)- L’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments publics et privés et de l’éclairage public; (3)- La restauration durable des écosystèmes de mangroves, de la flore et de la biodiversité ; (4)-Les transports durables, mobilité durable et mixité Sociale . Juntamente com outras tecnologias, o radar meteorológico torna possível conhecer os sistemas atuantes e a origem do fenômeno ocasionado, além dos presumíveis danos dentro de sua área de alcance.A aquisição de um novo radar meteorológico com capacidade de antever fenômenos meteorológicos de até 100km de distância, irá suprir a deficiência de imagem (área de sombra) do radar Sumaré. Isso irá possibilitar a obtenção de dados relacionados à formação de eventos meteorológicos severos (tempestades, granizo) e, consequentemente, aprimorar a previsão de curto prazo (nowcasting) da equipe de meteorologia da Defesa Civil.Atualmente, o Centro de Monitoramento e Operações da Defesa Civil de Niterói já conta com um sistema de alerta que emite avisos de rajadas de vento para a população, via aplicativo de celular, envio de SMS e mídias sociais.
