Este programa es interinstitucional y participan la Dirección de Medio Ambiente y Sustentabilidad a través del Departamento de Agroecología y Educación Ambiental, la Dirección de Desarrollo Social a través de los 14 Centros de Gestión Comunitaria del territorio municipal y la Dirección del DIF (Desarrollo Integral de la Familia) Municipal a través de sus programas de apoyo para el mantenimiento de huertos, para la producción de setas y los comedores comunitarios, donde constantemente se ofrecen capacitaciones para la elaboración de alimentos sanos.Como resultado de esta colaboración, se tienen identificados casi 100 huertos familiares, comunitarios y de comunidad escolar, y actualmente se encuentra en proceso la instalación de al menos 8 huertos comunitarios para apoyar a jefas de familia que han perdido su fuente de ingreso debido a la pandemia, los cuales se operarán bajo los principios antes descritos.Con ello se busca que la ciudadanía reflexione sobre la importancia de la alimentación sana y culturalmente significativa y abra la oportunidad a alimentos producidos localmente.07/16/2021 01:47:15
