Please provide details on the boundary of your assessment, and where this differs from your city’s boundary, please provide an explanation.5Explanation of boundary choice where the assessment boundary differs from the city boundary1The area of the Capital City of Podgorica was covered by the Urban developed Plan which was adopted in 2014 for the entire territory of the city. The subject of this analysis are the urban area of Podgorica, has been divided into 10 planning zones that represent functional and urban units and city municipalities Tuzi and Golubovci. The other planning areas of the (11 planning zones), have specific natural and developmental characteristics. The urban part of the city is characterized by a high building density. Due to the dense building structure and the high proportion of sealed surfaces sealing, there is a deficit of green corridors and air exchange. The enclosed document on page 12 contains a map that physically shows the scope of the assessment. It's a small part of the territory. The recommendation of the experts who worked with the city team was to concentrate on the urban part where there is a concentration of people and activities. We plan to revise this document. Also we needed to the update of SEAP and we felt that we should start the creation of SECAP, which would include the missing elements in both documents. We have entered into negotiations with international institutions to provide technical and financial assistance for the development of SECAP.07/16/2021 01:47:15
