The environmental goals (including emission reduction targets) are shown in the Master Plan:- as a general objective in the section dedicated the overall vision supporting the Plan and- more in detail in the paragraph about environmental strategies.Environmental targets are also shown in detail in the dedicated chapter of the Environmental Assessment. The most important document regarding this target (renewable energy targtes) is the Annex to the City Master Plan where standards and regulations for the implementation of the Plan are presented (this Annex is named "Piano delle Regole" thus Implementation Rules). In detail at Article n.10 of the above cited Annex (Piano delle Regole) mandatory requirements and incentives are fixed for new and existing buildings subject to deep retrofit. In this new version of the Plan a new approach has been adopted, integrating energy efficiency , emission reduction, adaptation (specifically permeability standards) and renewable energy.A set of regulations is designed regarding the different topic (energy efficiency, renewable energy, green roofs, permeability, sustainable materials). When making a new building or deep retrofit works in order to be compliant, you must choose between different options within the above cited set of regulation, while incentives are provided for those who comply with the whole set of regulations07/16/2021 01:47:15
