A eficientização proposta pelo município busca justamente uma melhora da iluminação das vias atrelada a fatores sustentáveis, como a redução da potência das luminárias utilizadas. Dessa forma, utilizam-se lâmpadas com potência reduzida, mas que garantam a qualidade da iluminação da via. A consequência disso é a diminuição no consumo de energia. Na Avenida Boa Viagem, por exemplo, essa redução pode chegar a 70%.O Programa Ilumina Recife, tem levado iluminação pública em LED para grandes corredores viários, túneis e acessos das principais comunidades da cidade ganhou um novo capítulo com um grande objetivo: a prevenção à violência e melhoria da qualidade de vida nas áreas mais carentes da cidade.O mapeamento feito pelo Pacto Pela Vida abrange 145 comunidades em 51 bairros da cidade. A ação representa um investimento de R$ 34 milhões. A iniciativa foi definida pelo prefeito Geraldo Julio como a maior parceria entre uma prefeitura e um governo estadual em todo o Brasil na área de Segurança Urbana, por meio da prevenção. São 30 mil pontos de LED chegando na porta da casa das pessoas. Foram 145 comunidades escolhidas, sobretudo as mais vulneráveis apontadas pelo Pacto pela Vida. Essa ação vai possibilitar que as pessoas possam aproveitar mais o espaço público, ter mais convívio com os vizinhos, e muito mais segurança, por consequência. O Recife tem o 9º maior parque de iluminação pública do país, com aproximadamente 98 mil pontos luminosos. A meta é chegar a 40% de todo o parque de iluminação pública da capital. A implementação garantir não apenas mais segurança à população, sobretudo os grupos mais carentes, como também mais economia ao município e melhoria da trafegabilidade nas vias. | 07/16/2021 01:47:15 | ||||

When using the inventory data for aggregation, comparison and trend analysis, please note that the inventory data is based on non-verified self-reported city inputs. The reported inventory may not include all emission sources within the city boundary.
Please note that this dataset may contain data from cities or, in some instances, groups of cities at different administrative levels. This includes metropolitan areas, combined authorities, and 5 American regional councils, which are: Chicago Metropolitan Mayors Caucus; Denver Regional Council of Governments; Metropolitan Council, Twin Cities; Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments; and Mid-America Regional Council.
