It is also necessary to give due consideration to all specificities caused by historic heritage and relatively limited possibilities which are result of a size of social system. But main characteristic is poor maintenance of residential settlements and collective constructions facilities, from the end of the seventies-eighties and inadequate projects for their revitalization and re-urbanization. This has the effect to increased cooling power needs and greater consumption of electricity and higher maintenance costs. In synergies with measures aimed at enhancing the quality of human environment through incentive to green infrastructure in the field of spatial planning, concrete actions which need to enhance the application of sustainable architecture and construction in the Capital City standards are defined, i.e. to contribute enhancing the quality of life: good quality idea solution for urban space design by contributing the quality of built environment in accordance with its accepted capacities; application of sustainable standards and positive practice during the projection of construction facilities; integration of risk estimate from natural hazards, instruments and measures of adaptation on climate changes then mitigating the impact of climate changes.07/16/2021 01:47:15
