Para el caso de la vulnerabilidad síntesis, tres barrios se encuentran ubicados en Villa Hermosa (LLanaditas, UAC 3 - Las Estancias - Villa Liliam, Villa Turbay), uno en la comuna Popular (Santo Domingo Savio No.1) y otro en Manrique (Oriente). La mayoría de estos barrios se encuentran en el límite entre la zona urbana y la zona rural. Una revisión detallada de los indicadores de sensibilidad y capacidad de adaptación muestra que estas comunidades son vulnerables porque el acceso a servicios públicos es limitado, los ingresos son bajos, las condiciones de escolaridad son precarias y porque tienen un porcentaje considerable de población infantil, que es reconocido como unos de los grupos poblacionales más vulnerables. En términos de infraestructura, la calidad de las viviendas es precaria, y en algunos casos el acceso a vías principales es limitado y al igual que el número de equipamientos de salud es limitado.En la zona rural, las veredas que presentan los valores más altos de vulnerabilidad están ubicadas en los corregimientos de San Cristóbal (La Loma, La Palma, Pajarito, Naranjal) y San Sebastián de Palmitas (La Suiza). En términos socio-económicos, se deben revisar aspectos como el acceso a la educación, acceso a servicios básicos y a la seguridad social, el número de casos de melanoma, las actividades productivas de los pobladores y la existencia de un porcentaje considerable de población adulta. En términos de infraestructura, se debe contemplar la calidad de las viviendas, el acceso a equipamientos de servicios públicos y transporte y el acceso a vías principales. When using the inventory data for aggregation, comparison and trend analysis, please note that the inventory data is based on non-verified self-reported city inputs. The reported inventory may not include all emission sources within the city boundary.
Please note that this dataset may contain data from cities or, in some instances, groups of cities at different administrative levels. This includes metropolitan areas, combined authorities, and 5 American regional councils, which are: Chicago Metropolitan Mayors Caucus; Denver Regional Council of Governments; Metropolitan Council, Twin Cities; Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments; and Mid-America Regional Council.
