Please also select the most relevant assets or services that are affected by the climate hazard and provide a description of the impact.7Please identify which vulnerable populations are affected7Low-income householdsO estudo "Índice de vulnerabilidade aos desastres naturais (IVDNS) relacionados às secas no contexto da mudança do clima / MMA, Ml, WWF-Brasil.

High risk areas includes the Bang Khun Thian area (Bangkok) and the Phra Samut Chedi area (Samut Prakan) (World Bank, 2009) 70% of the future flood economic damage cost would be attributed to land subsidence alone (World Bank, 2009)* - In 50 years the seawater level will rise by 50 and then 100 cm resulting in loss of occupational land and will cause the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) to fall by 0.36% and 0.69%, respectively, (300-600 million US dollars) each year; the most loss in the agricultural sector of Bangkok with a total monetary loss 38% and 61% (WWF, 2014)07/16/2021 01:47:15

125945Cities 202020203429City of StockholmSwedenEuropeOpportunitiesClimate Action Planning6.13Describe how your city plans to enhance ambition and scale up Climate Action Plan (integrated/adaptation/mitigation) and actions to achieve climate neutrality.00The currents climate action plan was formally adopted on 25 May 2020 and is now in implementation phase. It sets the target of 1.5 tonnes CO2e/capita by 2023 as an interim goal to have net zero emissions by 2040. A special action plan for the road transport sector is produced during 2020. An updated CAP will be produced after 2023 in order to stick to the curve towards zero emissions. Of special importance is the development of large scale carbon sinks in the form of bio-CCS plants connected to the district heating. Because of the extensive use of bio-energy for heat and power production in Stockholm, the potential for negative emissions is about 1 million tonnes/year. A pilot plant for bio-CCS was set up in 2019, and the Stockholm Exergi Company now plans for a full scale plant in 2025. Acquiring financing for this through national Swedish and European funds is cruicial. Depending on the technological assessment of the bio-CCS technology and the availability of external funding, climate neutrality may occur before 2040. Please note that Stockholm first and foremost works to phase out all use of fossil energy, and secondly to establish negative emissions in order to off-set the last remaining residual emissions.07/16/2021 01:47:15
