A terme, 38% des consommations des bâtiments gérés par la Ville de Dijon et Dijon métropole seront issues d’une énergie renouvelable. En 2013, les bâtiments raccordés aux réseaux de chaleur de Dijon Métropole et la ville de Dijon étaient principalement situés sur le secteur Fontaine d’Ouche avec 14 sites raccordés (24 000 m²) pour une consommation globale d’environ 5,192 Gwh (520 Equivalent-logements). En fin de l’année 2017, les bâtiments des deux collectivités sont au nombre de 66 (151 000 m²) y compris les bâtiments en gestion externe tels que l’auditorium, la piscine Olympique, le parc des expositions et la vapeur. La consommation globale est de 26 Gwh (2 600 Equivalent-logements). En 4 ans, la surface chauffée des bâtiments raccordés au réseau de chaleur géré en direct ou par un exploitant tiers a été multipliée par 6. A la fin de l’année en cours, 175 000 m² seront chauffés par le réseau de chaleur. Ainsi, 30% des consommations de chauffage des deux collectivités seront assurées par des énergies renouvelables et la récupération d’énergie de l’usine d’incinération. La plan de développement des deux réseaux de chaleur porte à l’horizon 2023 à plus de 200 000 m² les surfaces chauffées par le réseau de chaleur (soit prêt de 43% du total des surfaces chauffées[460000m²] des bâtiments des deux collectivités). A terme, 38% des consommations des bâtiments gérés par les deux collectivités seront issues d’une énergie renouvelable. Les consommations d’énergie fossile sont ainsi passées de 37 Gwh/an à 22 Gwh/an en 5 ans soit une économie de 3 500 Tonnes Eq CO2/an. Ainsi, les deux collectivités utilisent quasiment plus de fuel comme moyen de chauffage. Les objectifs du plan climat pour ce qui concerne le taux d’énergie renouvelable à l’horizon 2020 sont dépassés depuis 2016. | 07/16/2021 01:47:15 | |||
