Esto nos ha permitido afinar la información que se esta planteando, asi como tambien recoger el feedback de los diferentes actores involucrados, sociedad civil, instituciones públicas y educativas, municipalidades distritales y las diferentes áreas de la misma Municipalidad.- Talleres de Adaptación:objetivo de plantear la lista de acciones y objetivos de adaptación por incluir en el plan, en base a los resultados del Análisis de Riesgo Climático de la provincia de Lima, los cuales tuvieron lugar en el mes de junio del 2020. Talletes Taller de Adaptación 1: Actualización del PLCC y presentación de proceso, tuvo como objetivo establecer y aclarar el proceso del desarrollo de acciones de adaptación con los equipos de la Municipalidad y OPD. Taller de Adaptación 2: Presentación y Objetivos de Adaptación (interno) , tuvo como objetivo validar objetivos y acciones propuestas para el PAC con los equipos de la Municipalidad y OPD. Taller de Adaptación 3: Introducción y Objetivos de Adaptación (externo) , tuvo como objetivo presentar proceso y validar objetivos de adaptación con actores externos. Se construyó la visión de ciudad deseada con acciones de mitigación y adaptación.- Linea base de inclusión: Estudio Evaluación de Necesidades de Equidad frente al Cambio ClimáticoLa integración de la inclusión en el enfoque y estrategias del Plan Local de Cambio Climático es una oportunidad para reconocer las desigualdades que sufren los grupos más vulnerables de la ciudad y para poner como prioridad –en las políticas y planes urbanos - la atención a los desafíos que estos grupos enfrentan.El cambio climático afectará más a los sectores urbanos pobres y vulnerables: estos comprenden a los pobladores de Lima que habitan cerros, laderas, quebradas, las riberas de los ríos y la franja marino-costera en situación de riesgo; a quienes viven en viviendas precarias autoconstruidas en hacinamiento, sin las condiciones mínimas de seguridad y habitabilidad; a aquellos sectores que tienen un empleo informal y que viven del día, con remuneraciones cercanas a la línea de pobreza; a los grupos más vulnerables por edad, género o etnia, como los adultos mayores, las mujeres, los discapacitados, los niños, los jóvenes, los migrantes recientes quienes, viven situaciones de dependencia económica, marginación y que tienen difícil valerse por si solos.Este documento incluye una breve descripción del contexto de Lima Metropolitana, la identificación de los grupos y comunidades vulnerables al cambio climático y un análisis de las fortalezas y debilidades de la ciudad.
