Este nuevo esquema permitió que sitios en donde no se tenía acceso a servicios básicos, pudieran acceder a ellos en su propia comunidad rural, englobando a su vez el concepto de adaptación y mitigación a efectos adversos al medio ambiente. Entre otros apoyos sociales, las compensaciones ambientales pueden ser dirigidas tanto a la conservación y restauración de ecosistemas naturales como a la inclusión y atención de grupos vulnerables. | 07/16/2021 01:47:15 |
