At the same time the Municipal Administration is elaborating a strategy to progressively phase out fossil fuels for building heating. This strategy includes the shift towards more efficient technologies(e.g. heat pumps and 4th Generation District Heating)-municipal buildings: elaboration and implementation of a plan for the energy retrofit of municipal buildings. Two different plans will be developed: one for the residential buildings and another one for the other facilities (offices, schools etc)-tertiary sector: electricty uses in the tertiary sector represent the 65% of electricity consumption at the city level. Therefore the Air Quality Plan includes an action aimed at increasing energy efficiency in the tertiary sector. The action foresees:- a deep analysis of the different activities included in the tertiary sector (big commerce, retail, offices, health services etc) in order to identify the subsectors where there are major opportunities for energy efficiency - stakeholder engagement in order to identify the best solutions for every subsector and codesign specific projects and initiatives-extending the activities of the Municipal Energy Help Desk Service | 07/16/2021 01:47:15

| 07/16/2021 01:47:15
