Se analizan las precipitaciones para el periodo de 1996-2017, determinándose la probabilidad de excedencia y periodo de retorno. Los principales variables que influyeron en el desarrollo de remociones en masa correspondieron a fuertes pendiente, geomorfología asociadas a terraza de erosión de la cordillera de Nahuelbuta y coberturas de suelo urbano. la probabilidad de excedencia indicó que, a partir de un periodo de retorno de 2 años, las precipitaciones podrían exceder los 68,1 mm en 24 horas, monto suficiente para desencadenar procesos de remoción en masa. Con este escenario, el aumento en las precipitaciones, el probable aumento de urbanizaciones irregulares en zonas de pendientes de la cordillera de Nahuelbuta, se espera que la remoción en masa impacte a un mayor numero de personas, de lo que actualmente impacta.07/16/2021 01:47:15

Esta herramienta tiene algunas limitaciones por lo que el relevamiento abarca solamente áreas con asentamientos informales limitado a la definición operativa, reconociendo que existen barrios y sectores que pueden también ser considerados como vulnerables y necesitan la ejecución de políticas públicas. Por ello, el mapa fue posteriormente modificado para considerar adaptar el resultado a la situación actual real.En cuanto a las amenazas climáticas actuales y a futuro, se evalúa qué cambios han tenido lugar y cuáles son los cambios esperados para las próximas décadas. Para ello se consideró el informe sobre ’Los estudios de los cambios climáticos observados en el clima presente y proyectados a futuro en la República Argentina’ realizado por el Centro de Investigaciones del Mar y la Atmósfera (CIMA) para la ‘Tercera Comunicación de la República Argentina a la Convención Marco de las Naciones Unidas sobre Cambio Climático’. Éste estudia las tendencias observadas y proyectadas de la temperatura de superficie y de la precipitación y de sus índices extremos que pueden conducir a impactos relevantes (sequías, heladas, torrencialidad de lluvias, entre otros). Para este Plan de Adaptación se consideraron los resultados de los modelos climáticos para el futuro cercano (período 2015-2039) y el escenario de emisiones altas (RCP8.5) en Montecarlo. Esta información se cruza con información propia del municipio como registro de inundaciones, para obtener un mapa de riesgos climáticos.07/16/2021 01:47:15
