Com extensão territorial de 491,546 km² (IBGE, 2016), o município de Bertioga, sob as coordenadas médias de 23º51'16” latitudes Sul e 46º08'19” longitudes Oeste.O município faz divisa com os municípios de Salesópolis, Biritiba Mirim e Mogi das Cruzes, ao norte; com Guarujá e o Oceano Atlântico, ao sul; com São Sebastião, a leste; e com Santos, a oeste.Os principais acessos ao município, a partir de São Paulo, se dão pelas rodovias SP-150 (Via Anchieta) e SP-160 (Rodovia dos Imigrantes até Cubatão) e posteriormente pela SP-55 (Rodovia Cônego Domênico Rangoni – Piaçaguera a Guarujá) e Rodovia Dr. Manoel Hypólito do Rego (também conhecida como BR-101, Rio-Santos – AGEM, 2011c). Cabe destaque a essa última, frente à sua inserção na malha urbana de Bertioga. Ainda neste quesito, serve de interligação com a Rodovia Cônego Domênico Rangoni – Piaçaguera a Guarujá e o município de São Sebastião. Outro acesso de extrema importância de acesso ao município é a Rodovia estadual SP-98 - Rodovia Dom Paulo Rolim Loureiro, também conhecida como Rodovia Mogi-Bertioga. A Rodovia faz a ligação entre os municípios de Mogi das Cruzes, na grande São Paulo e Bertioga, na baixada santista. De acordo com Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem – DER, o volume médio de trafego (VDM) da rodovia é de aproximadamente 10.000 veículos para o ano de 2016.O município de Bertioga está inserido na Província Costeira que corresponde à área drenada diretamente do mar. Seu relevo mostra elevações de até 900 m de altitude nos segmentos da Serra do Mar e planícies costeiras, com áreas alagadiças e terrenos arenosos.As bacias que compõem a Baixada Santista estão situadas na vertente Oceânica da Serra do Mar (escarpa do Planalto Atlântico) e na Baixada Litorânea.O clima de Bertioga, é classificado como subsequente úmido, sem seca, inserido na área de transição climática entre os climas tropical quente, das baixas latitudes e o temperado mesotérmico, das latitudes médias da região sudeste do Brasil. De acordo com os dados altos índices pluviométricos, Bertioga pode ser considerada uma das regiões mais chuvosas do Brasil.Segundo (IPT, 1997), em Bertioga a temperatura média anual, no topo da Serra do Mar é de 17,4º, enquanto na faixa litorânea é de 22ºC. A média das temperaturas máximas é de 26,8ºC e a média das mínimas é de 18,9ºC.O município de Bertioga enquadra-se na Província Costeira, nas zonas Baixadas Litorâneas e Serrania Costeira, subzona Serra do mar. A formação da Planície Costeira cenozoica, tendo em vista a localização do município de Bertioga na Província Costeira e no Planalto Atlântico.No município de Bertioga ocorre o predomínio do Bioma Mata Atlântica, um conjunto de formações florestais muito heterogêneas, indo desde campos abertos em regiões montanhosas até florestas chuvosas perenes em terras baixas do litoral.Devido a esta complexidade florística é significativa a riqueza faunística que habita este bioma em busca de alimento, habitat e proteção.Em linhas específicas, dentre as várias formações florísticas que compõe o bioma Mata Atlântica, em Bertioga ocorre as Floresta de Encosta (Ombrófilas), Manguezais e Restinga que, por sua vez, é composta por formações florestais de Jundu / Escrube, Matas de Restinga (Floresta Baixa de Restinga, Floresta Alta de Restinga) e Matas Paludosas. | 07/16/2021 01:47:15 | |||

This dataset contains the full responses of publicly disclosing cities in 2020. To view the complete cities 2020 questionnaire guidance, including all questions asked in 2020, visit https://www.cdp.net/en/guidance/guidance-for-cities. Please contact cities@cdp.net if you have any questions.
When using the inventory data for aggregation, comparison and trend analysis, please note that the inventory data is based on non-verified self-reported city inputs. The reported inventory may not include all emission sources within the city boundary.
Please note that this dataset may contain data from cities or, in some instances, groups of cities at different administrative levels. This includes metropolitan areas, combined authorities, and 5 American regional councils, which are: Chicago Metropolitan Mayors Caucus; Denver Regional Council of Governments; Metropolitan Council, Twin Cities; Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments; and Mid-America Regional Council.
