Waste13.6Does your city have any of the following initiatives, policies and/or regulations.2Please provide more details and/or a link to more information about any of the proposed initiatives/policies/regulations2Volume based waste collection policy (i.e. fees or incentives)Con el fin de dar cumplimiento a las directrices normativas en el año 2015, se realizó actualización al Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos - PGIRS Municipal, la cual se adoptó mediante el Decreto 323 del 17 de diciembre de 2015, atendiendo lo expuesto en la Resolución 754 de 2014, que presenta una nueva metodología para la formulación, actualización y ajustes a los PGIRS municipales.Dado que en el 2016 surge una nueva normatividad que afecta directamente a los programas de los PGIRS, se hace necesario un ajuste a la actualización la cual se adoptó mediante el Decreto Municipal 529 del 21 de diciembre de 2016.Desde el PGIRS se ha evidenciado que el Municipio carece históricamente de la infraestructura esencial necesaria para garantizar una adecuada gestión de los residuos sólidos; situación que se ha venido sorteando con estrategias, programas y proyectos consignados en el Plan de Gestión y cuya operatividad ha estado garantizada a través de los Planes de Desarrollo.Una de las acciones que se viene desarrollando desde el PGIRS actual es la puesta en marcha de un esquema de prestación del Servicio Público de aseo en el componente de aprovechamiento relacionado directamente con la recolección, transporte y almacenamiento en una estación de clasificación y/o aprovechamiento (ECA) de residuos reciclables inorgánicos operada por la empresa de Servicio Público con la participación de los recicladores de oficio del Municipio con el apoyo de ENVIASEO E.S.P; Sin embargo el sitio actual no posee el área suficiente para la cantidad de toneladas que se espera acopiar en un corto, mediano y largo plazo. Una infraestructura esencial de este tipo de acuerdo a consultoría técnica realizada debe tener como mínimo un Área total de 2000 m2 la cual puede estar representada en una o varias locaciones.ANEXO N° 8 PGIRS 2020-2023.pdf01/20/2022 02:27:05
