Transport10.1What is the mode share of each transport mode in your city for passenger transport?9Other1Please complete5No specific travel behaviour survey has been carried out for Mora municipality. In order to estimate the distribution of means of transport, we have instead used general figures that can be assumed to apply in a municipality the size of Mora. Based on the assumption that each Moravian makes about 2.7 trips per day (according to Res 0506) a total daily travel is obtained. We also have data on total travel by public transport. Based on this data, the following travel mode distribution has been estimated. Energy Audits (EAs) through incentivizing mechanisms for energy-efficient technologies in industriesNew construction efficiency. In both residential and commercial properties, 100% of new builds to use solar water heating by 2030. 100% electric stoves in newly built residential properties by 2030.The Addis Ababa climate action plan put various mitigation actions with their abatement potential.Assuming an average growth rate of about 5% in all drivers combined, under the BAU scenario, the total buildings-related emissions were expected to increase from 1.71 Mt CO2e in 2012 to about 4.11 Mt in 2030. Approaches for reducing GHG emissions from the built environment should primarily focus on issues of energy efficiency initiatives/ measures that could be undertaken in the built environment sector which should focus on building design and /or redesign, energy-efficient technologies, Building integrated isolated alternative energy supply technologies and demand-reduction practices. In total, an abatement potential of up to 2.2 Mt CO2e in 2030 has been identified. Raising public awareness and encouraging public participation are crucial in realizing this abatement potential.01/20/2022 02:27:05

Governance and Data ManagementData Management1.8Please describe your city’s climate data management plan including data collection, storing, quality assurance/checking (QA/QC) and updating of the plan, and attach reference document.00The City does not have a standalone climate data management plan. However, we have published GHG inventories for both municipal operations and community activities every 3-4 years since 2012. We collect inventory data (both activity data and emission factors) from a wide range of sources, including our utility, local/state/federal agencies, and internal City databases. We store this raw data, source documents, and preliminary calculations using a cloud-based file storage system. We input this data into the ICLEI ClearPath tool to calculate GHG emissions by sector. We regularly review sources and revise inputs when improved data or methodology becomes available. We also follow best practices to inform our Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMPC), which outlines future natural hazards risks due to climate change. We utilize regional models on global warming from Oak Ridge National Lab, include experts from ORNL's Climate Change Science Institute to inform the HMPC, and use data on vulnerabilities from FEMA's Hazus tool. We update the HMPC regularly.01/20/2022 02:27:05
