Se intervendrá con un máximo de 15% del área para caminos y plataformas y 85% para albergar superficies o especies vegetales, mediante el aprovechamiento de las especies existentes sobre parte del talud y la generación de terrazas o plataformas.Con estas nuevas áreas verdes incrementaríamos en un 2.65% el área verde per cápita para la población del distrito de miraflores, lo que lograría una mejora en la calidad de aire y en la calidad de vida de nuestros vecinos.El contar con un jardín botánico dentro del distrito logrará que muchos de nuestros vecinos y visitantes conozcan la diversidad biológica, especies y variedades de plantas, los jardines botánicos son colecciones importantes de plantas vivas para investigación, estudio, educación; pero principalmente, para conservación.
