The overall goal, presented when the company was established, is to make Akueyri a carbon neutral town in the near future.As a part of the MP, a special framework planning (FP Oddeyri) has been adopted for the Oddeyri neighbourhood, the lowest lying resident area of Akureyri.A new Environmental and Climate Action Plan for Akureyri will be adopted by the town council within a few months time, most likely in autumn 2021. This data is collected through the CDP-ICLEI Unified Reporting System. When using this data, please cite both organisations using the following wording: ‘This data was collected in partnership by CDP and ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability’.
This dataset contains a subset of the related full cities dataset, covering Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptation Action questions for publicly disclosing cities in 2021. The platform is still open and the dataset is updated daily to reflect new submissions.
