The larger one of 6,000sq cube pond was put in place in a vulnerable area to mitigate the risk of urban flooding. Another two Mediterranean ponds were established in Ganai Yoshua. Additionally, annual budget is allocated for maintenance and restoration ofurban nature sites. For example, 30 acres of land were rehabilitated in 2020 through collaboration between the city and the national government. The result was a new urban space that restored over 200 local flora and fauna species and established a winter pond and infiltration system- -a nature-based solution to mitigate with urban flooding.- In the second half of 2021, additional winter ponds will be created in the north part of the city.- Integration of bio-filters (biological filters) to create infiltration by natural means in green areas. In 2020, two systems were installed in public gardens in the city with the goal of creating at least two more in 2022. - Encouraging the public to improve the delay and infiltration in the private space- Reducing grey cartography in public space by combining elements for infiltration and water retention at suitable sites such as surface parking lots, roofs, roads, squares, bicycle paths and road edges and the use of nature-based solutions approach- Mapping and improving the maintenance of the infiltration pits - Four private projects were given the requirements to complete a drainage construction project. The plans for the project implement a draining pool in the middle of a community to facilitate permeation.01/20/2022 02:27:05
