Deste trabalho resultou o envolvimento de representantes da administração central, regional e local, dos principais agentes económicos do município, de associações empresariais e socioprofissionais, de instituições de ensino, de organizações da sociedade civil, etc. Posteriormente, realizou-se um workshop com os representantes destas entidades com o objetivo de obter contributos para os conteúdos, opções e prioridades de intervenção da Estratégia Municipal de Adaptação às Alterações Climáticas do município. Esta ação incluiu um momento em que os participantes discutiram 3 eixos fundamentais: i) Perceções sobre alterações climáticas; ii) Opções de adaptação - condições necessárias, obstáculos, oportunidades e responsabilidades.
