More than 900 responses were received, the vast majority (65%) of which stressed that the actions of the new plan respond very satisfactorily to the climate emergency. This new Climate Plan Air Energy Territorial Plan (PCAET) was adopted in its final version on 22 March 2018 unanimously by the Paris Council.
