Semanalmente, se entregan un aproximado de 44.000 raciones de alimentos entre las 107 ollas comunes que funcionaron en la comuna durante el periodo de pandemia. Durante el 2020, es posible informar los recursos entregados, divididos en 3 grandes esferas:1) Mercadería y Pan (entrega semanal): Sumamos un total de 532.489 raciones de alimentos. Esta cuenta se saca sumando la cantidad de cajas de mercadería que durante estos meses se les entregaron a las organizaciones, donde cada caja corresponde a 150 raciones de alimentos, y sumando las cajas de pan que entregamos en cada olla común. 2) Vales de Gas: Durante el 2020 se entregaron en total 445 vales de gas, equivalentes a 15 kg cada uno. Este vale permitió a las ollas comunes seguir la preparación de sus alimentos para la entrega comunitaria. En varios casos vimos como ollas comunes no pudieron seguir con la misma frecuencia debido a la falta de recursos para financiar el gas. En otras ocasiones algunas ollas comunes cocinaban a leña, cosa que obviamente es mucho más complicado en el trabajo cotidiano, pero era la única opción a la falta de recursos. 3) Proteínas: Durante los meses que duró el programa de ollas comunes se entregaron un total de 7507 Kg de proteínas, incluyendo vienesas, carne de vacuno, pollo congelado y tarros de jurel. Estos aportes es difícil dividirlos en porciones o raciones. No todas estas proteínas rinden lo mismo cuando hablamos de 1 kg, sobre todo porque cada olla común tiene su receta y su técnica propia para hacer rendir estos recursos. También se hicieron entregas de huevos, sumando un total de 14.200 huevos. Por último, cabe destacar que durante la gestión de apoyo a ollas comunes también se coordinó la tramitación y entrega reiterada de permisos colectivos para la realización de las ollas durante la pandemia. | 01/20/2022 02:27:05 | |||

This data is collected through the CDP-ICLEI Unified Reporting System. When using this data, please cite both organisations using the following wording: ‘This data was collected in partnership by CDP and ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability’.
This dataset contains a subset of the related full cities dataset, covering Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptation Action questions for publicly disclosing cities in 2021. The platform is still open and the dataset is updated daily to reflect new submissions.
