Please provide details on the boundary of your plan, and where this differs from your city’s boundary, please provide an explanation. | 01/20/2022 02:27:05

Various wastewater treatment facilities have already been established in various pilot areas from 2010 to present such as the following: City Hospital, Public Market, City Abattoir, Sanitary Landfill, and City Health Office. Recent wastewater tests of these facilities like the Wastewater Treatment Facility at the City’s Sanitary Landfill and City Hospital have passed all the parameters set by “Water Quality Guidelines and General Effluent Standards for Water Environment” for the Water Body Classification as Class SD as per RA9275. Significant parameters include: pH, BOD, TSS, Nitrate, Oil and Grease. The establishment of these facilities have resulted positive actions in preventing, controlling or abating water pollution in the main land of San Carlos City.To avoid similar case that struck Boracay Island due to mismanaged wastewater, one of the top priorities of San Carlos City is the establishment of wastewater treatment facility in the Island of Sipaway particularly in Brgy. San Juan, the most populated area in the Island. | 01/20/2022 02:27:05

To secure and facilitate general outdoor life in areas close to the sea shall be sought to be complied with in every planning and individual case, whether it is in development or outdoor areas. In the area context, Arendal municipality follows up on planning principles in the State planning guidelines for differentiated management of the beach zone along the sea.An important prerequisite in the State planning guidelines is that development must be planned and concentrated on existing ones settlements and already developed areas, so that the coastal zone is otherwise shielded. In the 100-meter belt along the sea, special consideration must be given to the natural and cultural environment, outdoor life, landscape and public interests, and here a national building and sharing ban applies, cf. plan and the Building Act § 1-8. The prohibition applies if no other building limit has been set, either in the area part of the municipal plan, or in the zoning plan. | 01/20/2022 02:27:05

With a land area of 671 square miles, Houston covers a lot of territory. The building inventory is approximately 33,000,000 million square feet. Houston is implementing and exploring several options to increase efficiency in municipal operations to reduce emissions, reduce costs and to increase resilience and energy security. The City of Houston General Services Department (GSD) applied to the State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) for energy efficiency funding under its LoanStar (Saving Taxes and Resources) Revolving Loan Program to fund the energy cost reduction measures identified by the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) Energy System Laboratory. The Houston Airport System is also partnering with SECO and TEES to implement capital improvement and energy efficiency upgrades at Hobby and Bush Airports. The City is also participating in the Department of Energy Better Buildings Challenge, and since 2004, the City has required all new municipal buildings larger than 10,000 square feet to be LEED certified (Green Building Ordinance). | 01/20/2022 02:27:05
