City-wide Emissions | City-wide external verification | 4.12a | Please provide the following information about the city-wide emissions verification. | 3 | Please explain | 1 | Please complete | 1. Accuracy, Transparency, Relevance (the fuel consumption is not classified, shown as a total value)2.Accuracy (incorrect scope record) The amount of infectious waste should be in scope 1 but was recored in scope 3 instead.3.Accuracy (resource consumption in activities such as gasoline and diesel consumption still has some error):Causes of errors such as (1) filling in the wrong type of fuel in the control register, (2) entering the wrong number4. Vehicle registration information and fuel consumption that appear in the excel sheet for calculation do not match the shown evidence.5. Accuracy (Re-counting): The water consumption is redundant. This makes the values used in the calculations and presentations exceed the actual volume of ~19000 m3.6. There was an error in recording monthly data. with the overlap of the data from the previous month and the beginning of the following month result in inaccurate Monthly data presentation.7. Error in logging of fuel receipts from February – Since Receipt was not recorded from December - detected Receipt with duplicate count.8. 70 and 80 g/m paper are not classified for recording and calculating.9.-The water usage data of the Waterworks Division is filled in the Excel sheet of the Office of the Permanent Secretary with the reason that they control all the document.- If using this criteria, Information from all departments should be filled out in the Office of the Permanent Secretary.
