Ce travail a montré que les inondations et les submersions ne sont pas des épisodes exceptionnels et son classés en 4 types (fluvial, maritime, fluvio-maritime et sous l'effet du ruissellement aggravé par l'urbanisation et la battance des sols et de la remontée de la nappe phréatique.A l'échelle de la Métropole Rouen Normandie, les effets du changement climatique sur la ressource en eau sont multiples : augmentation de la température atmosphérique entraînant un réchauffement de l'eau des cours d'eau, diminution du débit moyen annuel de la Seine et des rivières, baisse de la recharge moyenne annuelle et du niveau des nappes d'eau souterraine, élévation du niveau marin... Ces changements auront des répercussions au niveau de la Seine et de ses affluents, et des eaux souterraines (nappe de la craie) dans lesquels s'effectuent les prélèvements. Il en résulterait des restrictions plus importantes et de plus en plus fréquentes, générant en conséquence des conflits d'usage entre l'industrie, l'alimentation en eau potable et les activités agricoles. However, this kind of data does not exist on local level in Sweden. Quite rough data are available on national level (about 8 tons CO2e per capita), and a good guess is that Växjö is somewhere around that, possibly a bit less due to our high share of renewable energy. Even if we cannot monitor the progress in consumption-based emissions, we are carrying out actions that would help to decrease those emissions. but, together with other Swedish municipalities (Klimatkommunerna) and within a pilot Project connected to our participation in OPCC, we explore this even further.
