LECs makes energy sharing of mid-scale sustainable energy feasible. Local Energy Community for the 2 Seas region (LECSEA) is an Interreg 2 Seas funded project with a partnership of 9 other organisations across the UK, Netherlands, Belgium and France.ECC’s primary aim is to unlock extra potential of sustainable energy production through Energy Communities to drive the uptake and ownership by citizens across Essex to build, own and contribute towards the collective climate action goals. Indeed such a banning is of federal competence in Switzerland.Also the zero direct emission for buildings (stationary energy) implies, based on our calculation, a refurbishment annual rate of 3.3% a year which is impossible to achieve with the current federal and cantonal legislation and financial incentives systems.The reduction targeted for wastes also implies changes in the waste volume and type which can only be influenced in a significant and sufficient way at a federal level.These are few examples of conditional components that are out of the city authorities' control and depending on policies and regulations at the state's and/or regional level.01/20/2022 02:27:05
