Governance and Data Management | Governance | 1.6 | Please provide information on the overall impact of COVID-19 on climate action in your city. | 2 | Comment | 1 | Response | The general level of climate action has not been affected by COVID-19, but the focus of climate action has changed a little. One example is a greater effort to develop and facilitate digital meetings. We also see that the emissions from municipal activity has decreased. This is due to reduced long-distance travel, less food served in schools etc. Some of this change we expect to remain post COVID-19, and some not. The development of our updated travel-policy has been aiming at making our new abilities for digital meetings a way to reduce emissions from travel. | 01/20/2022 02:27:05 | ||
